Cities and metropolitan areas will compete to attract this new mobile labour force.
There won’t be a shortage of jobs but there could be a shortage of skilled people to fill those jobs.
Learning new skills will be an ongoing necessity throughout life.
We need to review what to do to ensure the best, most inclusive outcomes.
Our current education system is slow to adapt and is ineffective for this new world.
A path to training and support is needed to enable people to thrive in this future work.
